Hey friends!
It’s American Heart Month, and let’s learn about keeping that ticker happy. As a teacher, staying active and sharing wellness vibes with students matters. Same goes with being a blogger.
Heart Health 101
I have already shared ways to keep heart healthy in my previous blogpost. Today, I am again sharing a more simple version of the same post. Why not? It’s a healthy heart month. I can talk about heart health every single day and contribute towards spreading awareness among friends and families.
- Move More: Find your groove – walk, dance, yoga
- Nourish: Veggies, fruits, and whole foods FTW
- Check-Ins: Know your numbers (BP, cholesterol)

Cozy and Heart Healthy
- Read Up: Snuggle with heart-healthy cookbooks or any book you want to read to read.
- Stress Less: Meditate, breathe, or nap. Do what you want to in your free time.
- Connect: Share wellness tips with friends and talk to your friends.
Small steps add up! And you see that in long run.
What’s your heart-healthy habit?
This is such a positive and meaningful message—truly inspiring! I really appreciate how you’ve taken something as important as heart health and presented it in such a simple, friendly, and motivating way. Your passion for spreading awareness shines through, and it’s wonderful to see how you use both teaching and blogging as platforms to encourage healthier lifestyles.
It is indeed.
Thanks a lot Dr Namrata Ji for liking my post today.
What a fantastic way of looking at life in true sense (being a Bio tech, much deeper insight than we ordinary humanities writers).
I need your advice for my nephew regarding his career. He is doing B Sc BT in Pune : Veerite = Prof Dr Rajendra or Raj 🙏🌷
You’re welcome. I am not aware of that career in India. I am into teaching now.
Thanks for your response. My nephew is doing B Sc Bio Tech. There is invitation ad of Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune for Trainee Interns for students who are in second year of B Sc Bio Tech. He asked me advise him whether should apply for that intern ship. That’s why I asked you. 🌷
