Today is March first, 2026. Can you believe?
As the last wisps of winter’s chill dissipate, March rolls in with a promise of renewal and cozy vibes. Who doesn’t like the weather change in this month?
Spring is just around the corner, and the energy is palpable. Days are getting longer, flowers are blooming, and the world is slowly shedding its winter layers. It’s a season of hope and rejuvenation, and what better way to soak it all in than with a great read?

Imagine curling up in your favorite spot, surrounded by pillows, blankets, and a stack of books that’ve been waiting patiently on your shelf. This is what my plans are for the spring break which is a little late this year. Reading books, writing more, and blogging a lot.
Sitting in the backyard, taking some sun in every single day during spring break is also on my plan. Actually, this is my favorite thing to do in March. Get loads of vitamin D.

Yet another thing that is necessarily needed to be done this month is gardening. Zinnia and marigolds are my go to seeds that I usually plant every year. Tomatoes, green bell pepper, and cucumber are some of the easy veggies to plant.

What a refreshing and uplifting welcome to March! Your words truly capture that lovely in-between feeling when winter quietly bows out and spring steps in with warmth, light, and new beginnings. The way you describe longer days, blooming flowers, and cozy reading moments makes the season feel almost magical.
Your spring break plans sound absolutely delightful—books, writing, sunshine, and a bit of gardening is such a perfect blend of relaxation and creativity. There’s something wonderfully grounding about planting seeds like zinnias and marigolds and watching them grow alongside your own thoughts and ideas. And honestly, soaking up that gentle March sunshine might just be one of life’s simplest and sweetest joys.
Thank you so much. Appreciated
