It has been pouring all day today. It’s how Jamshedpur is. When it rains, it rains all day. It started raining since last night and stopped a little while ago.
Thankfully, it is a Sunday so we did not plan to go anyway. We have plans for tomorrow that includes shopping and eating outside.
Rain has also dropped the temperature and no more air conditioning is required at least for a couple of days. Summers are really hot here and heavy rainfall helps to reduce the temperature.
We see birds chirping and playing in the rain. Everything around looks greener and cleaner. Trees have been washed. No more dust on the leaves. There is joy in all directions. That’s the beauty of rain.
