Tips For Mental Wellness
If you are feeling overwhelmed, journal down your thoughts.
If you are feeling anxious, stop thinking, sit down, and meditate.
If you feel burn out, step outside and go for a walk.
If you are feeling sad or lonely, call a friend.
If you are angry, sit down, focus on your breathing.
I know, sometimes it’s not easy to do any of these. At that point, just listen to yourself. What exactly you want to ease your mind? Do that. Focus on all the good things you have in your life. Divert your mind. Divert the way you think.
