Share Your Feelings

Talking and being heard is important.

Share your feelings.

It is important for your mental health.

Share your feelings to unburden yourself.

Share your feelings to be heard and acknowledged.

Call your friend, family, or someone you love. Share your feelings.

Remember, sharing is caring but choose the correct person to share your feelings.

You are not alone.

Everyone has their own issues.

Some know how to deal with while others give up.

We all have it, little bit of stress, worry, pain, etc.

Let’s deal with it together.

Do not live with your problems. They only multiply.

Share with someone you trust.

It’s okay not to be okay all the time.

It’s okay to be sad.

It’s okay to be in pain.

It’s okay to feel hurt.

It’s okay to have a bad day.

It’s okay to feel lonely sometimes.

Afterall these emotions make you human.
