There are two weeks left for 2024 to end and the new year to begin. With the beginning of this new year, it’s time for me to prepare for my new reading goals and thus a new reading journey.
I never ever believed that I would be able to keep up with a journal for an entire year because I am a huge procrastinator who plans a lot but things do not work as planned.
This year, I tried to take baby steps and that’s what I think has worked best for me. My reading journal for 2024 is almost complete. I have to enter the books I am reading this months and then I will be done.
With the new year coming, I have already ordered everything that I need for my new journal. I will be sharing all my stationery supplies on Instagram page.
This year, I am using a spiral notebook 📒 with a plastic cover and not a hardbound notebook. I hope it will be comfortable to work with. This is an experiment that I am doing for my new journal. I have also prepared my cover page. I need to add some stickers and then I will be done.
This year, I am planning to have a layout of my reading journal ahead of time so that I need to just write the reviews of the books I read and move on.
Working on a new journal is tedious because of so many ideas that are already available on social media that sometimes a bit confusing as well. I have tried to go with the easiest way of journaling this time.
Once all my layouts are ready, I will be sharing my reading journal pages with you all on my blog.
