Are there things you try to practice daily to love a more sustainable lifestyle?
Yes, I do. I think everyone tries to live a more sustainable lifestyle. Some people take this seriously and religiously while some try to do the practices at least for most of the days per week.
Sustainable lifestyle is not that hard to follow every day. It needs to be consistent.
Here are some practices that I try to follow every day to live a more sustainable lifestyle:
1. Eating Homemade Food
This is something that I try to do as a much as possible. I make sure I cook my food so that I know what I am eating.
You are what you eat. So it is important to check what we put in our mouth to life a more healthy life.
2. Recycling
I try to recycle things that can be recycle so that not every thing end up into landfill.
I also try to donate things that I might no longer use. This helps me declutter my closet and even my house.
3. Physical Activity
We all know how much exercise is important in our life. A sedentary lifestyle leads to many lifestyle disorders.
We all are so prone to these lifestyle disorders and most of us already have one of any lifestyle disorder.
Therefore, I try to be physically activity as much as I can. I try to exercise five days a week.

Living a sustainable lifestyle is important for a healthy mind and body.
