Monday Motivation

Monday is the first day of the week. Yet it is not one of the favorite. My favorite day is Saturday because you have Sunday after.

Why Monday is Not Favorite day of Many People?

There can be several reasons. I try to stay motivated on Mondays because that’s the first day and a great mood can be the best way to start a new week.

I love teaching. Still I love weekends and all the holidays teachers get. Holidays are a must for everyone. Let’s focus on Monday for now.

Mondays can be amazing. All days are amazing. Every day is a new day. A new beginning to unwrap the gift life has. Every day is a gift. Monday is also a sweet gift.

Lets stay motivated this week so that the week seems blessed.

It all lies in perception. I can’t believe emphasize more. Change your perception, everything around you changes.

1. Set clear goals. I retire my goals in my daily teaching journal. I try not to overload mys of because that’s easy being a teacher.

2. Break tasks into simpler and smaller steps so that you have time for yourself too. Do the ones that are urgent and move the rest.

3. Plan and visualise your goal. While working on my lesson plans I always have my “why”.

4. Focus on your progress. It’s important. Make a note of it. Celebrate your small progresses. It keeps you motivated.

5. Cultivate a positive mindset. Surround yourself with people who are positive minded.
