Welcome to another blog post. Most of you that are following me from last year already know that I am maintaining a reading journal this year. Now and then I keep sharing few pages from my journal.
Although my reading journal is entirely a personal thing to me yet sharing few pages here and there is not going to hurt. Therefore, I thought of sharing my journaling process today.
When it comes to journaling, I am still a newbie. I look on Instagram and Pinterest for ideas from other content creators who have mastered this art.
Journaling is a complete form of art where you convert a page in a notebook to your creativity and personality.
I am not a fan of digital journaling. Handwriting is something that adds uniqueness to your page. When you write with your own hand, the page becomes your. You add your little bit to the paper. That’s the beauty of journaling with pen and paper.
Adding stickers, borders, making the heading post, and writing about the book read is so relaxing and comforting. When I started journaling, I did not know how long will I be able to survive. But I am glad I made it to so far and I have not given up.
I do not take my reading journal as a task. It’s a stress reliever for me. It helps me be a child again where I am worried only about where to place the stickers and which colored pen to use.
For some people it might sound a boring activity but I love the whole process of writing and decorating my journal.
