Goals are specific measurable objective that a person or an organisation wants to fulfil in a desired amount of time. Goals are important as they provide direction and purpose to any entity.
Not everyone is goal oriented. Some people are good at organising their purpose for certain things and they make their goals. A goal can be anything that keeps a purpose to life and helps achieving something.
A student can have a goal to pass the class or to get good grades in their subjects. Some one can have a fitness goal, a reading goal, a monthly goal, a financial goal, etc. Goals keep you motivated and moving.
I am a teacher and I prefer having specific goal when I am teaching my students.
I am a reader and I have a readingn goal as well.
I am a content creator, a blogger and I have a blogging goal too.

1. Believe in Yourself
Whenever you do something, you need to believe that you can do this. Any negative thoughts are not going to help. You need to believe in yourself.
2. Visualise A Destination
Journey is always beautiful that a destination. Yet you need to visualise your destination. Where you want to see yourself in certain timeframe? This is important and a great motivator.
3. Compelling Reasons
Your reasons for a goal should be compelling enough to act as a motivation. You need to realise the reason you want them in the first place.
4. Anticipating Rewards
Everyone likes rewards, not just kids. Anticipating rewards is a great way to stay motivated while achieving goals.
5. Positive Attitude
Cultivating a positive attitude is again very important. Finds ways to stay positive even when it feels impossible. Surround yourself with people who believe in you.
Remember, nothing is impossible until you give it a try. The first step is always the toughest but the journey will be worth trying.
