It is an incredible app as it has video lessons and it is free. The best thing about the application is that it does not require any login information. You can just download the app from Playstore or Appstore and begin watching the videos.
The application has learning modules and practice sessions. First, you need to begin with understanding the basic techniques of yoga that are provided under the learning module.
You need to watch the videos of the learning module to begin the practice sessions. You can choose any practice session depending on how much time you have. There are 10 mins, 20 mins, and 45 mins sessions available.
