We always here people saying, I’m okay when they are not. We also do the same when we aren’t willing to share our true feelings to others. I feel, we being human have various emotions that constantly change with time.
We may be very energetic and excited in the morning and feel bored or clueless in the night. These days, social media also plays a role in our sadness and happiness. There are people who are hardly affected by social media posts, messages and news. I think in today’s world, they are truly blessed.
So, we humans have emotions and we express them or we don’t. It depends where we are and with whom we are. Sometimes we have a false mask covering our faces that doesn’t show our actual emotions.
If I talk about myself, I am great in masking my feelings in public. I know how to and when to hide my emotions and true feelings. I think, it’s ok until and unless I am not harming anyone.

It’s Okay when things are not the way You wanted.
It’s Okay when someone is not listening to You.
It’s Okay to be angry but it’s not okay to hurt someone.

It’s Okay to Have Mixed Emotions and Feelings.
It’s absolutely Okay the Way You are. You are Perfect.
How many times do you say I’m okay, when you are not? That’s absolutely fine. We have ups and downs in our lives. And it’s fine.
