Self-analysis Related to Lifestyle Part 2

This is the follow up post of a questionnaire I posted last year to see whether I have changed my lifestyle or not. The question were simple to answer and were a check on our lifestyle.

Let me answer those questions again and see the progress. Here I go,

Question No. 1: What was your sleep pattern last month?

Answer: This month my sleep pattern was consistent. I tried to maintain my wake up time and sleep time daily and I succeeded in doing that.

Question No. 2: How many hours do you sleep daily at night?

Answer: I slept for 6 hours daily at night. It is same as the last month.

Question No. 3: Did you consume healthy food last month?

Answer: Yes, I consumed healthy food last month. Everyday I cook food for my family. No fast food this month and went to dine out only once.

Question No. 4: Do you eat a variety of fruits and vegetables daily?

Answer: Yes, last month I tried to have a variety of fruits in my snack and I incorporated them well. Veggies are my favorite and I try to eat a variety of vegetables in my daily course meal.

Question No. 5: Were you active last month?

Answer: I can proudly answer this one. Yes, I was physically active this month and will try to be active in coming months too.

Question No. 6: Do you like to do exercise? Did you give enough time to exercise last month?

Answer: Yes, I like doing exercises and I did physical exercises last month. I will try to increase the time.

Question No. 7: Do you consume alcohol or smoke cigarettes?

Answer: As previously answered I do not consume alcohol o smoke cigarettes.

Question No. 8: How much time do you spend on your cell phone daily?

Answer: The screen time was same as last month. I tried not to cross the limit of 3 hours of screen time daily.

Question No. 9: Do you have a healthy lifestyle?

Answer: I am getting close to a healthy lifestyle. Hopefully, in two to three months I will be on the right track. Wish me luck.

Question No. 10: What will you do to attain a healthy lifestyle?

Answer: I need to give more time to physical activity and also cut down 200 calories per day. I also need to add more fluids in my diet. I am trying to reduce my screen time. Let’s see when will I succeed.

I hope, you will also answer these questions and see whether you have a healthy lifestyle or not. We can always try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Let’s begin from today because it’s never late to start a new thing.
