Your Source of Happiness is You

How many times we have asked ourselves that is unconditional love possible? Unconditional love is a certain sense of sweetness within you. Birds singing, clouds moving and various other sweet emotions essentially happening within you. There comes immense joy to oneself when that emotion develops within you. But what is the source of such joy?

The source is always you. You don’t need anybody to start you. This love comes from you in the first place. It was all your love from the start. You must be a self-start machine. Don’t ever try to extract happiness from the other person. If you will keep doing so there will come a point where It will become tedious and monotonous.

What you have within you, reflect on your ways. Often you must have heard that stimulation is needed for the hormones to secret joy. Oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin are essentially our happy hormones. It is you who is solely responsible for balancing your hormones and restoring your happiness.

The philosophy of love says when two people come into a relationship, the purpose is either to extract something from the other person or to share their life. If the sole purpose is to extract then it is going to end up terrible and nasty because you have started on the wrong footing. On the other hand if it is to share each other’s life it is going to be blissful. Be true to your self before you are true to others.

If you’re a Joyful human being your partner will always be wanting to be with you. If you’re a misery-they’ll distant themselves from you. Do not use the other person as a key to unlock an experience within you…Why do you need a key when there is no lock? The source of all predicaments is within you and their solution is also within you.
