A Day in New York City

It’s like a dream come true. I never dreamed of more than this. A day spent at New York.

Last weekend on thanksgiving holiday we visited New York City. We have already been to this place last year, June 2018. I longed to visit it yet again, thus we revisited.

The Statue of Liberty

This picture is from last year album. In 2018, our main attractions were The Statue of Liberty 🗽 and the Time Square. We couldn’t make more than these two attractions.

While in this visit we focused on Just roaming around in Manhattan streets, 9/11 Memorial and the Time Square.

The Holland Tunnel, New York

We drove to New York in our car as it is only 2 hrs from Pennsylvania. Road trips are always exciting and kids enjoy a lot.

At Battery Park, New York

Battery park is a great place to just sit and enjoy people, trees, squirrels 🐿, skyscrapers and the Statue of Liberty from a distance. I can spend hours sitting at this place.

Skyscrapers at New York

It was too cold and windy for me. We enjoyed a lot but temperature was too low, close to -1 degree C. We were all packed up in jackets, boots, caps and gloves.

Time square was as usual full of bright lights and its the brightest place I have ever been to. Visitors like us were clicking pictures and enjoying the moment. I really enjoy this place, thought every thing is artificial but there is something that attracts me.

Picture from 2018

New York City cannot be explored in one day. It’s always good not to explore the whole city at one go so that you have a reason to visit it once again. We still have many places to visit and looking forward to visit it again.

I hope you find this blogpost interesting. See you soon in my next post. Till then Stay Happy 😊 and Stay Blessed.
