In today’s world of modernization and digitization, life is super relaxing. If we don’t want to cook, we can order our favorite food online. Thanks to online websites such as Ubereats, Swiggy, Zomato, etc. We can even buy some ready to eat stuffs from market. When we don’t want to go for shopping, we can order clothes and even groceries online. Thanks to the online shopping websites such as Amazon, Myntra, Shein, Clubfactory, etc. We have machines to wash and dry our clothes. We have vehicles to drop us to our office, malls and even the nearest park. Isn’t it fantastic!!!!
Well, it is!!! It is fantastic to have a lavish life full of amenities that make our life easy to live. But this advantage of this wonderful life has also led to many disorders that are linked to this lifestyle. A comfortable lifestyle is leading to a sedentary lifestyle. Sedentary life is linked to some of the famous and well known Lifestyle Disorders such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and various heart diseases.
In no way I mean we should remove all the life easing appliances from our lives. What I mean is, we should try to improve our way of living so that we remain fit and healthy. A healthy lifestyle is responsible for a healthy mind, healthy body and a healthy soul.
A sedentary lifestyle is one of the biggest reason of a person being unhealthy these days. Not only a sedentary life is leading to unhealthy lifestyle but smoking, chewing tobacco, consuming alcohol and taking drugs are also linked to unhealthy lifestyle. Apart from these eating processed and packaged food is also a part of unhealthy lifestyle.

A healthy lifestyle helps us to enjoy each moment of our life to the fullest. If we are healthy and disease free from within then only we can enjoy our life. A healthy body has a healthy mind and a healthy soul. Thus, healthy lifestyle works on the whole body from within and helps us to be a better human being day by day. How to Achieve a Healthy Lifestyle?
To achieve a healthy lifestyle we need to work hard on our own body and maintain a healthy eating habit. Some of the ways to achieve healthy lifestyle are

6. Avoiding smoking, drugs and alcohol
WHO is working hard for campaigning and promoting a healthy lifestyle. In its recommendation, it has provided 12 steps to healthy eating that promotes a healthy lifestyle.
If you are serious about your health related issues and determined to work on yourself, then you should begin your day with some physical exercise. The physical exercise does not mean going to gym. You can go for a 30 minutes walk in your locality or in a near by park.
Next thing to do is to improve your eating habit. Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Stop drinking juices and soft drinks that are loaded with lots of sugar. Make your own juice at home and do not add sugar or salt in it. Keep a check on what you eat and drink. Add proteins, fibers and healthy carbohydrates to your diet.
Now, you should fix a time to relax. Sleep is very important for a relaxed body and mind. Fix a bed time at night and stick to it for most of your days. Try to meditate for 10 minutes in the whole day whenever you get time. This also helps to relax and lead a stress free life.
The most important thing that you need at the beginning and throughout this lifestyle improvement process is to have strong determination and consistency in what you are doing.
Working hard on yourself is not selfish, it is the most important thing to do. Nobody can work for your body. Only you can work for it. You are responsible for your healthy being. Nurture your body well and see the results.
